Manage Permissions

The Manage Permissions page allows you to manage Spam Experts access permissions for Domain and Email Users. If you are accessing the page from the Super-Admin Level Control Panel, you can also manage permissions for Admin and Guest users. Alternatively, if you are accessing the Manage Permissions page from the Domain Level Control Panel you can only manage permissions for Email users.

To access the Manage permissions page in the Super-Admin, Admin Level or Domain Level Control Panel, select Users & Permissions > Manage permissions.

Login & Password recovery settings

When logged in as a Super-Admin user, you may allow or disable logins and password recovery for user types.

Do this by ticking or unticking the boxes for each user role:

Individual Page Permissions (Admin & Domain Level)

You can decide which features users of each type will have access to on the dashboard by ticking or unticking the boxes for each user role.

Some features are only available for certain user types and no features can be disabled for the Super-Admin.

You can decide which features Admin and Domain users can access from each of the panels in the Dashboard (e.g. Incoming, Outgoing, Archive, Server etc.) by enabling/disabling the GET, POST, PUT and DELETE actions alongside each feature as required, where:

  • GET - View data
  • POST - Create new entries
  • PUT - Edit existing entries
  • DELETE - Delete entries

Individual Page Permissions (Email Level)

You can decide which features Email level users can access from each of the panels in the Dashboard (e.g. Incoming, Outgoing, Archive, Server etc.) by enabling/disabling the GET, POST, PUT and DELETE actions alongside each feature as required, where:

  • GET - View data
  • POST - Create new entries
  • PUT - Edit existing entries
  • DELETE - Delete entries
